Refund policy

Returns

I offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Damaged products
  • Misprinted products (i.e. an error in the printed design/photograph)
  • Incorrect orders (i.e. you don't receive the product you ordered)

I do not normally offer refunds or exchanges for correct, properly printed, undamaged orders, but I do stand by my products.

So if you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me at info@seeandsavorshop.com within 1 week after your product has been received. Explain to me what is wrong with your order and why you are displeased, so I can work with you to bring about a positive experience.

Important Details To Know

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received to info@seeandsavorshop.com. After I deem it a defective product, you are responsible for sending the package back to the return address and paying for shipping (see more info below, in shipping section).
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping For Returns


To return your product, you should first notify me concerning your damaged/incorrect product, then mail your product back to the address on the return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. 

 

Exchanges


I only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect product from what you ordered (*exceptions may apply).

 

Refunds


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
